Message from the Executive Director
Before I served as Executive Director of this incredible organization, I was on my own pathway to recovery.
During that time, I learned that recovery doesn’t mean simply surviving life without substances. It also means healing, stability, emotional growth, and truly living.
This mindset shapes how I approach leadership at Pathway. Our staff works daily to help residents build life skills around communication, responsibility, emotional awareness, and self-advocacy. We teach residents to be self-sufficient and find purpose by giving back to the community.
At Pathway, we focus on creating genuine human connection. When people feel valued, they’re more likely to communicate struggles early, remain engaged in services, and continue moving forward in recovery.
I’m honored to lead an organization so deeply committed to recovery housing, mental wellness, and helping Hoosiers build stable, meaningful lives.
